Step 1: Ensure You Have a Facebook Business Page

To link an Instagram account, you must have a Facebook Business Page. If you don’t have one, follow these steps:

  1. Log In to Facebook: Use your personal Facebook account.
  2. Go to Pages: Click on “Pages” in the left-hand menu.
  3. Create New Page: Click the “+ Create New Page” button.
  4. Enter Business Details:
    • Page Name: Enter your business name.
    • Category: Select a category that best describes your business.
    • Description: Write a brief description of your business.
  5. Click Create Page: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

 

Step 2: Access Business Settings in Facebook Business Manager

  1. Go to Facebook Business Manager: Visit business.facebook.com and log in.
  2. Business Settings: In the upper right corner, click on the gear icon to go to “Business Settings.”
