Refund Policy

Custom digital projects are scoped individually. Refunds, if any, follow the signed proposal or statement of work.

Deposits

Project deposits typically secure scheduling and discovery. Deposits may be non-refundable once discovery or design work has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Milestones

Payments tied to completed milestones are generally non-refundable. If we cancel a project for reasons within our control, unused prepaid fees for unfinished milestones will be refunded.

Retainers

Monthly retainers (SEO, marketing, support) can usually be cancelled with the notice period in your agreement; unused future months are not charged.
